Calculator and document information

Calculations and PDF generation take place in your browser. The application does not send the amounts, invoice or estimate details, client information, notes or uploaded logos you enter to a BizToolStack application server. No account or server-side document library is provided.

Document inputs are held in browser memory while you work. Download your PDF before leaving or reloading the page: we cannot retrieve an unsaved document for you. Downloaded files remain wherever your device or browser saves them, and you control their storage and sharing.

Temporary browser storage

When you transfer a result to a document, or convert an estimate into an invoice, the site temporarily stores the transfer data in sessionStorage for that browser tab. Calculator transfers can include the selected amount, item text and note. Estimate-to-invoice transfers can include the shared document details and logo.

The receiving tool removes successfully processed transfers. Unused transfers may remain for the browser session; browser session-restore features can affect how long that session lasts. This does not create a saved account or permanent document history.

Hosting and request data

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Serving and protecting a website involves processing technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information. This is separate from the contents entered into the calculators and document editor. Cloudflare's processing and retention depend on the services and configuration in use; see its privacy policy. Hosting providers may process request information in countries other than your own.

Do not put personal or financial information into a page URL. The application's transfer URLs use a source identifier and a random lookup key, rather than the document contents.

Analytics, ads and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate, such as which pages are viewed, the referring website, browser and device type, and country. It does not use cookies or local storage, and it is never given the numbers or document contents you enter in the tools. There are no advertising scripts, session replay or marketing cookies. Hosting security features may use technical cookies when needed to protect and deliver the site. If advertising or other analytics is introduced, this notice and any relevant choices will be updated before it is enabled.

Email you send us

If you email us, your email address and the contents of your message are processed through email services to respond, investigate a reported issue and keep necessary support records. Do not send real client documents or unnecessary sensitive information. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to ask about or request deletion of your correspondence.

Your choices and requests

You can close the tab or clear browser site data to remove local session data, subject to your browser's session-restoration behaviour. You control PDFs saved on your own device. To ask about personal information in a support message, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact us. We cannot recover or search documents that remain solely on your device. Rights and available complaint routes depend on the law that applies to you.
